2. Services Description
Victoria Transit provides mobility coordination and transportation solutions including corporate mobility, airport services, urban transit, and passenger transportation services. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to scheduling availability.
3. Booking and Cancellation
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information for service coordination, being ready at scheduled pickup times, and treating our staff and vehicles with respect. Victoria Transit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Victoria Transit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
